Refunds and Cancellations
Because products are made to order, we can only allow cancellations for 24 hours after you place your order. Order cancellations will not be accepted more than 24 hours after your order has been placed. To request a cancellation, contact us here

Returns and Exchanges
We are unable to provide returns or exchanges for any orders at this time.

Exchanges are only eligible for manufacturing defects or incorrect items. Exchanges may not be made due to cosmetic or physical damage to the product caused by the end user.

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, reach out to us with photos of the damage/defective or the incorrect item, as well as your order number. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. Refunds will be at the discretion of TYKOMI, LLC.
